I took both ddr4 rams out from motherboard and switched the slots they were in and it worked.
it boots really slow tho, mouse and keyboard work with the AMD Graphics card in, but the install disk is locked.

  • I had given the steps on the edited image in shorthand form
  • > in DU Go to View On Menubar > Find and [√] Show All Devices
  • Now Select the Disk not its Volume> Erase> Check all 3 Rows
  • From Drop -down Select GUID and APFS for Scheme and Format Respectively and then Give a Short Name for the Disk and start Erase.

Okay is this correct.
I am Erasing the boot drive correct, other drives are popping up and i am getting confused sorry.

  • Your choice of Erase is correct[See image].
  • What other drives are popping up?
  • Where?
    • Without screen image we can't see what you see on your Computer Display Screen
    • My very powerful eye glasses have hard time to see small texts and images even on my own Display screen .I can't reach your Monitor without your uploaded images.:)

sorry, I am taking these images on my phone, okay, the erase keeps failing.....
  1. How did you conclude the erase has failed?
  2. What error was showing up to indicate erase is failing?
  3. Sorry, don't know the cause and hence can't say how to fix.
