I was using Mojave 10.4.3 on my hackintosh but I wanted to revert back to High Sierra so I did a fresh install.

Install went fine but now I can't seem to boot successfully without the USB.

This is what I get in verbose mode:

Immediately after this, it goes to a black screen (monitor still on).

Is this a graphics issue?

I've attached my EFI folder.

Probably.

There are two ways to address this:

1) Add the <key>RadeonDeInit</key><true/> key to your config.plist. (Or use Clover Configurator if you are uncertain how to do this). Reboot.

2) Install the Lilu and Whatevergreen kexts to Library/Extensions. Reboot.

doh such a simple thing that solved it.. I also noticed I had Intel checked.
