Biostar VN9402TGH1 Geforce 9400 GT 1GB

I have a Biostar 9400GT in my mini-itx build that has a fan that stays on full when booted into MacOS. The card functions normally when booted into Windows 7 so I am assuming that there might be full support using another kext.

When I did the initial build I used the DSDT for my MB (Gigabyte GA-H55N-USB3) but I'm not sure which graphics kext that installs.

Is there another kext that I should load in to get this graphics card to work properly? It is far to loud as it is now. The card has plenty of ventilation so that should not be an issue.

Before I give up on this video card, can anyone suggest a way to slow the fan down through the use of a different driver? I'm even wondering if the card would function properly with the fan unplugged.

Are you using any enablers/injectors? Can you check System Profiler to see if the card is recognized fully (i.e. show up as a 9400GS and not an unknown Nvidia card)?
