Read Stork's reply above. This setting is not required if you have the 'K' version of the processor. The BIOS just doesn't display it if you are running a 'K' like a 3770K.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

If your motherboard supports UEFI then that is what you should use, otherwise use Legacy.
If you don't know then look in your motherboard manual or on the manufacturer's website.

What is the recommended BIOS version to run on this MB?

I see that the latest on the Gigabyte site is F16j. At work right now, but Im sure that mine is currently maybe F13 or F14.

NOT correct. This thread is about Z77X-UP5-TH.
Latest official BIOS for Z77X-UP5-TH is F12.
