bios seams fine. try this EFI
Hey, bro. There was a point installation, but when I choose it, there is a logo of the company. At this point, there is no loading bar, just the usual logo. About 2 minutes and then restart again and enter the Opencore menu. The installation does not start. You have an i7-2700k processor in your signature, and a motherboard like mine. Do you think it is possible that the xeon e3 `1270 processor is not suitable for the Big Sure system? There are almost no differences in the characteristics, I just have a multiplier blocked and no graphics. I was written that it is now difficult to configure for sandy processors, as some believe, the limit of such processors is Mojave

in this photos that you are upload are missing BOOT partition of SSD. Try to unplug windows sata cable and show me picture of same opencore boot options. did you format SSD on AFPS ?

I have two ssds, I did not format the disk in apfs, I apologize, I did not know.
I have put the sier through the clover for a long time, I already formatted the disk during the installation of the system.

now I need to separate the ssd from Windows 10, leave one smd only for big sur?
