Big Sur on my hardware

Hello! In the morning on my PC was installed Windows, but tonight there installed High Sierra 10.13.6, it is my first hackintosh ever.
I have MBP13 2017, but it is not enough for video working (not smoooth). It was done using UniBeast and MultiBeast - it almost like windows installing - so smooth and easy.
My question is any change to have hackintosh Big Sur on my hardware? How i can achive it?

The 1070 won't work in Big Sur so stay with High Sierra if your goal is video editing.
