You can get a 770 right now for just a little over 300. This PNY model is available in reference
design or an overclocked version with two fans.

This 4GB model is about the best you can get for under 300 dollars right now.
Has excellent cooling if you'll be pushing it pretty hard. Great for multi monitors too.
