Those are from 2011. You can install the i3-2125 CPU in that and get HD3000 that still works with High Sierra. It's nearly impossible to find the i3-2105, even on Ebay so get the 2125 instead.

This card is not really even worth bothering with, unless you were installing Snow Leopard from 2009.

Why ? you've already got the HP 8200 with a motherboard in it. Just swap out the CPU and that's it.
