Beginner here, please help

Hey whats up guys, been reading for a while, but I finally signed up!

I'm looking to build my first hackintosh, and was hoping someone could look over my parts list and give me the green light. Here's what I have so far:

So my questions are:

1. How's everything look, any changes I should make?

2. I'm having trouble finding a graphics card, seems like the supported ones are pretty old and out of stock everywhere. What would you recommend for roughly $300~. I use a Dell P2515Q (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PC9HFNY/) and it's important it will work great.

3. The last pc I built was over 10 years ago, what tools do I need to actually need build the PC?

Are you considering building with no video card? (I am in a different thread, having trouble deciding if that's a good idea or not)

My thread also says not to bother with the TP-Link TL-WDN4800, but I'm not sure on what the definitive suggestion to replace it is.

Seems like you're considering a very similar build. I definitely want a graphics card, I'm having trouble find a compatible one thats in stock.
