So I got this card and thought it would just work out of the box... but the wifi is spotty: it starts with normal speeds only to drop to like 40KB/S every now and then, then eventually going back to normal and then slow again... for no reason.
I had a basic wifi card before, so I put it back in and even this card would get spotty speeds when the BCM was in.
As soon as I removed the BCM from the system, the other card went back to perfectly normal. Does it sound right ? Did I get a lemon or is it a known issue and I just need to update some kext ?
It's funny because I didn't really need continuity and handoff, so I might just go and get myself a BT dongle and be done with it.
