don't forget about the 15 port limit
Yes, I only enable 11 ports in the USBmap.kext.
But, in hackintool, I can see more than 11 USB ports entries

Done, but, still got the same USB entries in hackintool. Also, my BT issue is still the same,:banghead:

You might also want to look at adding the change XHCI to XHC_ rename patch to the ACPI > Patch section in your config.plist.

Looks like this in ProperTree plist editor:

Finally, I found out that I had installed the ASUS TPM2.0 module to my X99 mainboard. Having removed the module, I can pair to my iphone and headset successfully.

Thanks to all advice on it!!!
