BCM94352Z Wifi not working in High Sierra 10.13.6

I have been going through post after post trying every combination I can find to get my Wifi to work with High Sierra 10.13.6.

• Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 5
• BCM94352Z Wifi M.2 card that I replaced with the one on the motherboard because it's not compatible.
• Put in the correct Kexts as you can see from the screen shots.
• Included a screen shot of my /Library/Extensions.

Included my config.plist file for review. I swear the answer is in the config.plist file and I'm just not getting the right setup.
