BCM94352Z "Turn WIFI On" Not Working

So I've rebuilt the cache and now it consistently hangs in the same place.

See the attached picture

"Waiting for DSMOS" without a corresponding "DSMOS has arrived" implies that FakeSMC is missing or not loading.

OK, but when I disconnect the Wifi card it boots perfectly. Could it be that the Wifi card is stopping FakeSMC from loading?
 
COVER TWO PINS FROM THE RIGHT with TAPE. that surprised me.

Yes put a piece of tape on two pins. it works fine. I replace a wifi on Asus Zenbook. the wifi is BCM94352. the problem was the wifi didn't work properly so it covered two pins with the tape.
 
installed sierra. after restarting showing this message ..
reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key
