So, I got the Z370N. The stock wifi module of course doesn't work.
I replaced it with BCM94352Z, I kept the antenna though, which looks like this: https://pcmod.pl/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/gigabyte-z370n-wifi-30-696x622.jpg

I'm experiencing some lag with my bluetooth mouse and speaker. I read somewhere that it has something to do with me don't have 5Ghz network, is that true? I find it quite weird though, when wifi and bt come in one module but can't work smoothly at the same time.

Would a better antenna replacement be able to solve this problem of conflict? Or having a 5Ghz router is the only way?

Anyone has a solution for this?

You must be more specific on what you have done to make the wireless NIC work. kext? patch? SSDT/DSDT?
There's no known issue of the 94352Z in terms of basic BT functionality.

I'm traveling so not with my hack atm. I can provide files if needed after getting back (tomorrow).
The hack process wasn't not problematic as I remember though. I followed this: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/broadcom-wifi-bluetooth-guide.242423/.

Also here what I found what's similar to my problem: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/bcm94352z-bluetooth-mouse-lag.216102/.

Those made me think it's should be hardware problem. Which again, I find very weird since they (bluetooth + wifi) come together but don't work together..

As said in this thread BT can interferes with 2.4 ghz wifi causing lags.
From my experience lag is increased by distance between bluetooth input devices and BT/wifi card: got apple magic devices and desktop case (equipped with an original macbook air BCM94360CS2) within 2 distant separated rooms (for music production need)
I always had lag issues with 2.4 ghz when input devices are distant from the wifi/bluetooth card
The only easy way I have found to definitely get rid of lags is using a 5 ghz network
