I'm seeing a new NGFF M.2 broadcom wifi device that I'm not actually sure whether t's supported in OS X/macOS or not? And what about it's 4.1 BT? Will it work with BrcmPatchRAM kexts?

As I'm searching through the internet, I'm seeing more options for Wi-Fi...
Anyone knows whether BCM94356ZAE is supported or not?

I think BCM94356ZAE was tried and not working...

The BCM943602BAED (aka. Dell 1830) is confirmed working.

What about the BCM94350ZAE? Was it tested yet? And what about the new BT4.1? Does it work with the current BrcmPatchRAM?

I have not personally tested it (don't have one). There are quite a few reports of problems... recognized but can't find networks as if the radio is not powered on).

And what about the new BT4.1? Does it work with the current BrcmPatchRAM?

The BT chip in my BCM943602BAED is supported by BrcmPatchRAM (firmware loaded). Not many BT devices here, so no extensive testing.

Is the BCM943602BAED an NGFF/M.2 one? How many variants are there? I think only the DW1830 one right?

AFAIK, no Macs have BT4.1... they're still stuck with the 4.0 so I don't know how OS X/macOS behaves with BT4.1 and not sure if it's worth the upgrade, any ideas/advices?

EDIT: I don't think it fits into my laptop, as far as I can tell, it's not the same size as the BCM94352Z... I'm probably stuck with my current one, no BT4.1 for me... :(
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It is NGFF WiFi (M.2 2230). I purchased the Dell DW1830 from ebay (installed in my NUC5).

Can it replace the BCM94352Z? I can see that it's size is different. :\

Do you have each, side-by-side, to compare sizes?
Both BCM94352Z and BCM943602BAED are M.2 2230.

No, only the BCM94352Z for now...
But I can see from images that the BCM943602BAED is more like a square, unlike the rectangle-shaped BCM94352Z... may be wrong ofc...

So I think I'm ordering it then, is it still 867Mbps? And do you think it's worth the upgrade?
