So I have BCM943225 HMB/AzureWave AW-NB290(without H at the end) wifi+bt combo card. WiFi works nicely, but can't get Bluetooth to work. It does not show in System Information/Hardware/USB so I can't determine Bluetooth ProductID. Any ideas what I am doing wrong ? Laptop is: HP Pavilion G6-2233SW.
Installed: FakePCIID.kext+FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext+BrcmPatchRAM2.kext+BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext.

Most likely a USB problem. Did you create a custom SSDT for USBInjectAll.kext?

Attaching needed debug files, clover, screenshots etc..

Certainly something is messed up with USB. Looks like a lot of work. I will report later. Thank you very much. Anyways I found one funny thing. I was doing lots of reboots and checked System Information/Hardware/USB everytime i did reboot. At random cases I noticed that under USB 2.0 HUB, HP Truevision HD webcam hub appeared. Then i checked my webcam and - wow it was working fine !. Then after next reboot - gone. Checked once again - gone. After 3-4 reboots webcam was available again, and gone again after reboot. Weird.

Your USB configuration is wrong.
Guide to correct it is linked from post #6.
