Let me know if I understood well. Do I have to install all kexts in S/L/E and remove them from Clover/kexts?

injects kexts should be "detect" in config.plist, essential kexts should be in clover/kexts/other

The need for the "0x591b0000, 0105 instead of 0306, HDMI" is hardware dependent.
The need for "0x591b0000, 32MB BIOS, 19MB framebuffer 9MB cursor bytes (credit RehabMan)" is BIOS dependent.

I can modify DVMT preallocation in my BIOS, so I can remove the last one?

Assuming you can set DVMT-prealloc, no need to patch the framebuffer for 32mb prealloc.
