Battery life on High Sierra

Hello everyone!
I installed on my laptop High Sierra and Windows 10 and I noticed that I can do more hours of battery with one charge on Windows 10, with High Sierra I can do less than 3 hours. What can I do for increase battery life on High Sierra?
I'm sorry for my English but I'm Italian :D

You use the USB bluetooth and USB WiFi on Windows?
Note that any unsupported PCIe WiFi device you have installed will run without any PM, therefore use extra power.
Best to replace your WiFi/BT with a supported PCIe WiFi/BT hardware.
No need for SSDT-HWP.aml and SSDT.aml. Choose one method for CPU PM only.
MacBookPro14,3 is a poor choice. Should be MacBookPro14,1.
Your USB configuration is wrong. See FAQ for links to the USBInjectAll guide.

how did you create the config.plist? where did you get it from?

I have already tried to use MacBookPro14,1, but battery life is shortest. Now I use USB WiFi on High Sierra, but not in Windows. How I can disable all unsupported PCIe devices?

how did you create your usb installer? on what hardware?

I create my usb installer with another hackintosh... What does it mean "on what hardware?"?
 
Why MacBookPro 14,3 is a poor choice?
