Background Screen Flickering intermittently in 10.13.3 while using chrome.

Background Screen Flickering intermittently in 10.13.3 supplemental update while using Google Chrome. I think that's there is a bug in the latest Nvidia graphics driver update.....am using geforce gtx 1050 ti with pascal drivers. Or it may well be in my copy of chrome and my card....just don't know.
Has anyone observed random shimmering or flickering when using only chrome but no other apps?

Yup. I have the same GPU and same issue. If you look at it close, it appears to be many vertical lines about 3mm apart, flickering ever so slightly. It occurs if Chrome’s open, either in focus or in the background.

Seems to have stopped for now. I had to update my CUDA drivers to 387.128. Seems Cuda auto update on my hack not working properly....so try manual update. @
