A couple of very weird bugs with OSX

I'm running OSX 10.9.1 on a 4530s and I'm getting a very interesting bug. It seems that when the keyboard or track pad goes into an idle state (about 2 min of inactivity), the speakers (I'm assuming it's the speakers) start playing a VERY subtle hissing. As soon as I touch the trackpad or type something, it stops. I'm running dual boot with win8.1 and this only happens in mac. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what is going on?

I also just found an even more interesting bug, that doesn't seem to be an issue with mavericks installed on an official machine anywhere I can find, so I'm going to assume it is a hackintosh related problem.

When the computer is plugged in, and I close the lid and re open it, the lockscreen is activated as it should, however if I click the cancel button or the esc key, the screen goes black and if I press any key the computer unlocks. This only happens when the computer is plugged in, has anyone else experienced this either?

Edit: nvm, it is also seeming to happen off power, just not as commonly.
