Audio very quiet and speakers must be on full to hear anything?

Board is MSI Z170A Gaming M7
El Capitan 10.11.4
ALC1150 kext and 100 Series fix installed by Multibeast
Installed drivers with EFI partition mounted and sound is working

Tried every output available, only Speaker and front panel headphone work but both are really really quiet.

I'm using a cheap set of speakers with no external amp or other devices connected and they work perfectly in Windows.

Please anybody got any ideas whats wrong?

Anybody else with this issue the fix is really simple. Don't restart Windows to boot to Mac OS, instead do a full shutdown then a cold boot and your audio will work normally.

I'm having this problem as well. I got audio to come out of the Rear Line-out and the the Front Headphones port but I have to turn the computer volume and speaker volume to their max to be able to hear anything (it's still too quiet). Tried doing shutting down like you recommended but this did not fix anything. I can also get audio through my DisplayPort but it is staticky.
