Audio stutters after sleep. Please help.

    My pc specs.
    OSX: Sierra 10.12.6 clean install vanilla
    codec: ALC887
    Mobo: Ga H110m s2
    CPU: i3 7100
    Gpu: Gtx 650
    Ram: Corsair 8gb
    When the pc is started audio is working fine but if it is woken after it is put to sleep the audio is stuttering for every few seconds.
    I am attaching my clover and kexts i installed using kext utility.

    I've found a workaround, when I change output device from Internal audio to Digital or HDMI and Back to Internal audio it's not stuttering anymore.
    Can anyone explain me why this behavior?

    OK the workaround is just a placebo it's not working any more. Please any help?
