    Hello.

I can't seem to find any post with this problem.

    I'm on Sierra 10.12.6
    Mobo GA-H270m-D3h
    Realtek 892
    Intel i7 7700

Audio works fine until suddenly stops working. If I unplug and plug it on the headphone jack it works again and if after that I go to the mobo it works too. Working with Premiere Pro.

I'm also dealing with some framedrops during playback (audio and video) also on premiere or in youtube. Maybe it is the same problem.

    Please help!

    Hi there,

For what my help is worth (I have a Z270 and Realtek ALC audio) I chose @RehabMan 's two kext option from @toleda's guide linked above:

    FakePCIID.kext
    &
    FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext

Put them both (if not there already) in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other

Audio works well from "Internal Speakers" on the Green output. Occasional pop from speakers once in a while meaning sound gone temporarily, but returns soon enough (only seconds etc) but this is very rare and might be due to inactivity (I haven't yet installed CodecCommander in this build).

I don't have any frame-drop problems with video playback... so far...

    Good luck!
    :)
