Hi,
I was working in mac os, sound working fine.
I restarted into windows(which is on a separate ssd), sound working fine.
Restarted into mac os mojave and I have no sound. Restarting into windows also now has no sound.
I've changed nothing about my mac os installation.
I've never encountered anything like this. According to mac os the audio device is there(years ago I had minor issue with sound driver not working properly where it didn't even see any kind of audio device). Sound up/down shows the speaker icon and bar getting bigger and smaller.
I checked the speakers using my phone and they are working fine.
I have no idea what might have caused it - I did read another post here(from 2017) that said something about unistalling realtek drivers but according to windows it's using the windows drivers.
Any help as to what to try would be appreciated.
Thanks.
