I'm trying to figure this one out. My apologies for all the questions, but how do I remove these things in each step? what does the S/L/E stand for included in several of the steps? I'm not sure if I need to get dpi manager to complete this but dpi manager link says the file may have malware so beware to download.

    Thanks for all the help

Only if you have the native AppleHDA.kext to install. Otherwise, remove only the files noted.

But thats my problem, I don't know how to remove. Does it say remove in multibeast somewhere? or do I find these files and bring them to the trash? How do I uninstall or remove the files?

I installed the native applehda.kext and now I can use the volume control on keyboard and it responds on monitor to changes I make but still no sound? Nothing with sound will even start playing (iTunes music will load but won't play and no video's online will actually play?)
