How do I go about doing this? Is it the debug.log file?

What is NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext?

It is a kext that I must use to get around the 'black screen on boot' issue when using a Nvidia GPU on iMac 17,1 (my current SMBIOS) and I believe you must use it for iMac15,1 and MacPro6,1 as well. I use this as well with the removal of my board-id from AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext.

EDIT: I've now removed the kext from my 'Other' folder and have rebooted my machine, everything functioning normally, still no HDMI audio, attached the CloverBootLog from that boot.

Try different ports on the graphics card.

Cant do this as I don't have any DP to HDMI adapters to use. As mentioned above in Post#2626, I've removed the NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext from its folder and rebooted with everything functioning as normal(apart from HDMI audio), suggesting that its no longer needed and the method I used on the AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext, has worked.

I've attached the CloverBootLog from the boot after I removed the NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext for you to take a look at.

Installed ssdts disabled, missed:
cloverHDMI/6. Notes/3. Skylake/HD 5x0, (remove property from config.plist, if present)/
config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/Item ? (Rename GFX0 to IGPU)
config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/Item ? (Rename HDAS to HDEF)
Reply with new files.

- Hardware setup: macOS Sierra 10.12.4/ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming-ITX/ac/Latest Bios (Unlocked MSR 0xE2 with Uefi Patch)/Intel i7 6700/HD530 + Zotac nVidia GeForce GTX 1050
- Install procedure: UEFI Clover (4049)/Fresh Install 10.12.4/Audio Realtek ALC1150 and HDMI via SSDT
- Attached IOReg (Apple Cinema Display connected to integrated DP + Asus VN247 connected nVidia HDMI)
- Attached DPCI screenshot
- Attached System Information/Hardware/Graphics/Displays
- Can't save Copy Of Console/All Messages any more, sorry
- System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext patched “on the fly” via Clover config.plist
- Attached EFI/CLOVER/config.plist

Asus VN247 connected nVidia HDMI

Nvidia 10xx Web driver: DP/HDMI audio working on DP Ports, HDMI audio is not working on HDMI ports.
If Display is HDMI only, see Post #2630.
Otherwise, Nvidia update required.
