Boot with the USB installer. Get the system back to the Post #2166 configuration. Install the config.plist from that post. Boot without USB installer.
When the system boots on its own, attach files.

Install SSDT-HDMI-HD530.aml from Post #2168

hi toleda,
need your help again :), this time i want to enable my HDMI audio on El Capitan 10.11.6, i made to to first audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0 for enable onboard audio then install audio_cloverHDMI-120_v1.0d for HDMI audio, did everything as per sierra HDMI audio enable guide but unfortunetly i didn't get the HDMI audio, i got full graphics support after patched the SSDT but no luck at HDMI audio, the FB personality stracture of EL Capitan is little bit of diffrent than Sierra (which i noticed), i think i need to patch the connectior but i didn't understand the FB personality stracture of EL Capitan, my GPU is HD7870 ghz edition and my prefeard FB is Futomaki,
problem reporting here with all attached files

with kind regards
hashel

OK...thought I'd save some exchanges and try some creative troubleshooting on my own. Procedure:
  1. Did as you asked - got the same failure mode, Sierra fails booting and restarts automatically
  2. Reboot clover from USB, Sierra from Hard Drive - reverted back to post 2166, then did everything but install SSDT-HDMI-HD530.aml.
  3. Restart...see attached .zip for files
  4. Simply copied SSDT-HDMI-HD530.aml to ACPI\patched folder
  5. Restart...back to same failure mode
  6. Reboot clover from USB, Sierra from Hard Drive, deleted SSDT-HDMI-HD530.aml and replaced with SSDT-HDMI-HD530-1.aml
  7. Restart...back to same failure mode
  8. Reboot clover from USB, Sierra from Hard Drive, deleted SSDT-HDMI-HD530-1.aml
  9. Restart...back to step 3 above and that's where I'm at with attached .zip

CLOVER/config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Fixes/NO (all or remove)

I have been busy this last week or so. Was just able to do some research and edited my config.plist to reflect AddHDMI_800000 to false. That seemed to allow the script to install the appropriate ssdt into the patched folder. After a restart though, still no HDMI Audio. Files are attached again.
