Ok, lets see if I get this right...

1. Copy of IORegistryExplorer/IOJones (either) I don't have this handy atm as I am not at my Mac
2. Copy Of Console/All Messages (last boot)
   1. Console/File/Save a Copy As... As above
3. System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext I have no Kexts in my 10.11 folder on my EFI drive, not even FakeSMC.kext ?!
4. Clover
   1. EFI/CLOVER/config.plist
   2. EFI/CLOVER/misc/debug.log (Set config.plist/Boot/Debug/YES)
      1. or DPCIManager/Misc/Boot Log

Not helpful. If the requested files are not available, do not post.
AppleHDA.kext is not installed in EFI
Remove SSDT-1 and SSDT-2
Attach all requested files in one reply.

Sorry about that, thought that would have been enough to go on. Have edited the previous post with the new file attached, anything I have done wrong or missed please let me know.

Couple of extra notes, I can't find FakeSMC.kext anywhere on my system which I think might be odd? I also have AppleHDADisabler.kext straight after AppleHDA.kext which doesn't sound too wise?

That is an audio killer, remove.
What other non native kexts, patches, other fixes are installed?
IOReg does not show PEG0@1, where did you see PEG0?
What does IOReg say for graphics?

Set config.plist/ACPI/SSDT/DropOem/NO
Reply with new files

Download Post #1/Tools/MaciASL; attach MaciASL/File/Extract Tableset...

Wow, thanks for such a fast response!
I have deleted the disabler kext, and all other patches/fixes I tried hdmiaudio.kext NVaudio.kext etc.
I think I have done what you asked (sorry, its all so new to me), files attached.
I def saw PEGO at one point in my IO Reg thing but can't find it now, it was quite near the bottom I think.
