What you show is correct. Without the other files, impossible to know if everything is as it should be to work.

Yeah sorry for that I feel like an idiot now ....... had the wrong file named config.plist

Bios has HDMI HD audio Option enabled

That is the ALC283 codec. The HD630 HDMI audio codec is missing. BIOS setting is only suggestion.
