hi guys-
i'm trying to fine-tune my system now.
one of the major problems i'm having is with the audio.
mainly the problem is that the audio disappears- i can not figure out the exact reason why or when this happens. so far it seems random to me - i'll come back to the machine and realize the audio is gone. sometimes after waking it up from sleep. sometimes while its still on.
i've learned to check the speakers, wires, and selected output regularly so i don't drive myself nuts. at first i tried reinstalling audio stuff with multi beast- then i realized simply waking up from sleep seemed to fix the bug.
waking up from sleep works sometimes, but not all the time.
any suggestions on how i can permanently enable reliable audio on my system?
as i typed this the audio disappeared again. put to sleep. woke up, and it works. second later its gone. sleep, wake, works again. hmmmmmm
thanks for looking!
