Asus Z97 Deluxe Wifi Not working since Sierra 10.12

Hello please, can someone help me I will be forever grateful?

I had a rock solid machine running el captain with the exception of onboard sound but I use an external sound interface so never bothered about fixing it. However since updating to Sierra whilst i still have a working machine my Wifi / Bluetooth no longer works.

Please, can someone tell me how to fix the issue?
