I didn't changed the fan speed
I was trying turn off the fan control
but opening the screen the noise started

Found the culprit of the spinning wheel issue
after a bit of research I found the issue for the spinning wheel bootloop...
each time when I shutdown....(no issue with restart IMO)
the /Macintosh HD/Library/ folder permission is changed automatically and doesn't allow to boot...
I have to boot a mac partition on my external HD...
and set the library permission to read write or read accordingly....
it's a folder permission issue
and the folder permission changed everytime time I shutdown
all showing custom and not read/write
and yes I guess it's pretty easy to fix...
finally after so many times of copying the partition.
it's close to perfection
it's a folder permission issue with the
Library folder...(not User/library)
how to fix this
