Update
Got my all USB ports working [USB2 USB3 USB-C]
All thanks to This post
done some speed tests, but my SSD seems to be slow, read speed is fine but write is to slow [OCZ-VERTEX3 120 GB] is my SSd

Found solution for shut down issue, at least it fixed my PC
Try clearing your NVRAM on clover boot screen [Before you select OS to boot] hit F11
Now I don't get no error when starting PC

It works! My only final bug is that I can't seem to get my windows drive to show in clover

The bug seems to only be fixed if I press F11 upon every boot. Did it work consistently for you?

I done few reboots and noticed the same, that it fixes it only for one time unfortunately.
