Asus X99 Deluxe USB 3.0 Not all working (El Capitan)

Hi all,
I have managed to get El Capitan installed and pretty much all working apart from most of my USB3 ports (see attached screenshot from system info)

I have tried using the increase limit in Multibeast and the 7/8/9 enabler, I have also tried putting FakePCIID_XHCIMux and FakePCIID into my 10.11 and 10.10 kext's folder on my EFI partition and still no joy
As any one got any suggestions on what I need to look at?
