You need to find out exactly. 1200x700 is not a valid resolution for laptop LCD display.

It it is on the low end (1366x768 is common), then IGPlatformID=01660003 should work for your HD4000.

You need to provide a photo. IGPlatformID=01660003 has no effect without IGPEnabler=Y or GraphicsEnabler=Y.

At what stage of the install are you at? Did you install replacement Intel HD kexts? The error you're getting indicates you're using patched HD4000 kexts to allow for mixed systems (eg. HD3000 on 7-series or HD4000 on 6-series).

Since you don't have a mixed system, you should not be using such patches...
