I have modified according to your Haswell specification. Let me know if its works. It should work on leatest macOS bigsur 11.4. Note: no need to change any BIOS settings. Set BIOS settings to defaults.

Thanks for your EFI. My hackintosh is almost perfectly working now. Only left is the wifi and nvidia gt920m card not working.
