Hi LeleTuratti
I receive today and USB to M.2 Nvme adapter.
Put my main drive inside (which was working perfectly before the bios update),
open config.plist and apply the patch.
I tried
Patch 1 : find : A00A9353 54415301 replace : A00A910A FF0BFFFF
or
Patch 2 : find : A00A9353 54415301 replace : A00A9353 43535301.
I tried with Above4GDecoding and without Above4GDecoding (CLR cmos between)...
Still no luck
Still stuck at #LOG:EXITBS:START

Last attempt, try to replace Aptiomemoryfix.efi under Clover/driver with:
- OcQuirks.efi
- OpenRuntime.efi
- OCQuirks.plist

If it doesn't work, try asking here.
Searching the web, many seem to have this problem. It seems that some have solved the problem by enabling: SetupVirtualMap. I think is a setting in the new efi driver for memory correction, but I'm not an expert in this sorry.

OK thanks I will study that...
I thought I had also found a way to go back in BIOS version with this:
but finally not.
It's really incredible because I see Afudos (a DOS program) erase and re-x-write the CMOS and finally nothing change,
Still the same crappy 3006 BIOS.

You means replace Aptiomemoryfix by the 3 others or try one by one ?

About the link you provide just before, I already checked. I'm not in the same position (not trying to make an USB installer or upgrade to Catalina). I had a working machine in Catalina before, the fault is only on the last bios from Asus. I don't really want to play with my Kexts or drivers... But I will ask on this thread...

I have 2 others options now.
Buy a Bios chip with the good version and soldering it on the mobo. Not so easy but I think I could do that.
Buy a new motherboard with the Bios Flasback button (TUF X299 Mark1 or Prime X299-A).

Here is the patched 3006 Version for your board... leave the MSR Lock as ist is (Enabled), it has no funktion, and you need also the Cascade-Lake X fix in Clover/ACPI/patched.
Good luck!

Many thanks tonzone and LeleTuratti.
I will try tonzone files first and cross my fingers.

I suppose I must remove first ACPI patch: A00A9353 54415301 > A00A910A FF0BFFFF I put before ... or not ?
And Above4GDecoding, must stay on or not ?

(Sorry I'm just trying things I don't really understand... so I had to ask.)

You can try with or without it...
