You motivated me to try again download and install Catalina (final version this time)

With OC I have this message so I have no idea what is missing or wrong...
Maybe someone will be able to help



if not... I will try to install with Clover and my actual EFI,
but I think I will delete all ACPI patches first (for installation time...)
I'm not sure if system devices names/naming in IOReg are same as Mojave...

In the last EFI Clover that attaches djlild7hina at the beginning of this thread it contains FakeSMC but rj510 comments that it has investigated and FakeSMC prevents Catalina from starting and advises VirtualSMC.

Has anyone successfully installed it using FakeSMC?
Is it obvious to use VirtualSMC?
Which is better?

Finishing my project, building a replica of Mac Pro 2019

18-core processor
Dual Vega II 16gb each
Dual network cards 10gb each
64gb ram @ 2933MHz
2TB NVME Raid 0 5000 R \ W
4TB SSD Raid 0 2000 R \ W
1200 PSU

Think I missed something?

I only have to order this chassis, and I'm fine!

new BIOS for Asus X299 Deluxe which will support new CPUs



BTW: If I were you, I will add a ASUS Hyper M.2 X16 v2 for 4x M.2 NVME SSDs, which I use now,
I know it's a little freak thing, but I want to buy 4x 1Tb 970Evo Plus for best comfort of work

It's not necessary, because I think this new version is most for support new processors,
I don't believe in better performance but - it's hard to say before some tests

I think, first I will try to modify BIOS logo in 2002 version, then I will make BIOS update for few tests
