That is indeed odd. Are you using a custom Kext for your USB Mapping?

Yes. Just update the ACPI path in the respective SSDT file. I'm using the last slot (Slot 6) in my case. I had various issues trying to run it in the x1 slots.

One more question:

I donot plugin any thing at slot-4? is it normal? or it should be marked as "Built in" in stead of "slot-4" ?
