Hi everyone! Wanted to try out making a hackintosh so I did! I used Rehabman's guide to make the installer and everything went fine the first try. Great guide btw. Anyways, once I boot into Yosemite I start getting these HUGE screen tears. After a minute or two you literally just can't do anything and the computer will eventually crash. I managed to get a few pictures of the kernel panic to see if it would help. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry about the bad quality, had to take the pictures before the screen tearing happened :p

Which bootloader? Which guide?

Which version of Yosemite? Did you download it from the Mac App Store?

I attached the config.plist below.

I attached the config.plist below.

The file looks relatively normal. Do you have any options in your BIOS related to the IGPU?

What hardware did you create your USB installer on?

Posted two shots of my BIOS. I saw nothing in there myself that could be causing the problem but maybe I'm missing something. I made it on a USB 2.0 sandisk datatraveler. I've reformatted it a bunch of times using the binary clone method and the createinstallmedia method. I've also used different USB's all to the same conclusion.

Try changing DMVT to smaller values. 64mb (very common laptop configuration) or 32mb is what most ig-platform-id framebuffer configurations expect. Your profile lacks any details on your screen resolution, so I can't give very specific advice.

Sorry about that :) fixed

You're using ig-platform-id 0x01660003 (because of 1366x768), so use 64mb which matches the 01660003 framebuffer config.
