Asus RX VEGA 64 - Memory Clock runs High !!!

"Fan Speed(%)"=14
"Fan Speed(RPM)"=731
"Temperature(C)"=45


When I use VGTab the only thing that change to me, is that i have false readings on fan speed (731 RPM on my case)...
Actually the GPU is cold and the fans don't spinning at all, and the GPU Memory Clock stays on 945 MHz.

The same issue on my graphic card from signature but only in multimonitor config. On single monitor - all ok!
 
yes on single monitor the memory clock runs on 500 MHz (to me)
 
I boot to Win10 for comparison - in Win no difference single- or dual, VRAM idle clock always on minimum frequency! I don't know solutions for macOS
 
I have the same problem with my Vega 56.
