asus rampage III extreme help!!!

i been trying to install lion 10.7.4 on a rampage 3 extreme for days now with no success. any help will be appreciated

if anyone can help on install methods and bios setup

system specs
mobo = rampage III extreme
hdd = regular 2.5 hitachi drive for install testing purposes
power supply = antec 1200
video card = gts250
memory = hyper x 6g
cd/dvd = asus cd/dvd burner dual layer

3 gtx480 when running windows 7, gts250 only for osx

well i did actually manage to install 10.7.3 successfully, but trying to install 10.7.4 is what game me problems kernel panic and not boot at all, i been reading that 10.7.4 is giving everybody problems, will be going to 10.7.3 instead and wait for solutions. i was not able to get any kernel panic messages to provide you with. thanks
