Big thanks to @Shiloh for his guide and everyone else who shared info about their builds.
My build is copy of @Shiloh’s with YOUBO WiFi/Bluetooth card in PCI-E x1 Slot 3.
Everything works like a charm.
Attached are my EFI for Monterey and Ventura.
To get build-in Ethernet to work in Ventura with my EFI, you must Enable Vt-d in BIOS.
My Ethernet Revision ID is 0x002, but somehow it works natively with Vt-d enabled in BIOS and did not require flushing to Revision 3. Maybe this problem is connected with BIOS version used. I use latest BIOS 2701.

If your Video Card is different than Radeon Pulse RX 5700 XT, you may need to remove SSDT-X16_1-GPU.aml from ACPI folder.

Hey Everyone, I'm debating swapping out my 10900k out for an 11900k as I think that I will get a little better performance in after effects with the faster single core speeds. Would it be as simple as swapping them out and making sure that the iGPU is disabled? I have a Radeon VII and 6900xt for graphics, so I really don't need the iGPU.

Would it be as simple as swapping them out and making sure that the iGPU is disabled? I have a Radeon VII and 6900xt for graphics, so I really don't need the iGPU.

If everything about them are the same it shouldn't be a problem. How much RAM are you using with After Effects?

@roboman01 @maniamax36 Unfortunately they are NOT the same chips. Yes but you will need to do five things to get it to work. First is add the following to Kernel > Emulate to enable the cpu:

CPUID1Data: 55060A00 00000000 00000000 00000000
CPUID1Mask: FFFFFFFF 00000000 00000000 00000000

Second, add this to the IGPU section:

Next, add this for your GPU:

Then, add RestrictEvents.kext to the Kernel. This will help enable all the cores to be used by the system.

Lastly add agdpmod=pikera to your NVRAM boot-arg to initialise the GPU.

Thanks for all the tips! In the end, I decided to stick with my 10900k. I'll do another build sometime in the future...
