Asus Prime Z490-A and PCI-E Broadcom bluetooth not working

Wi-Fi works great, and bluetooth worked before in another Haswell Catalina build. Now bluetooth does not work with Ventura.
I do not see connected devices on the internal usb port,
default port mapping from here https://github.com/CharlesCCC/Asus-Prime-Z490-A-OpenCore-Hackintosh
All-19Ports option doesn't work at all

System report looks like this

State: Off

AirportBrcmFixup.kext didn't help
BrcmPatchRAM didn't help
BlueToolFixup.kext didn't help

It worked with a slightly different list of mapped ports
