Try any option, config, without RX-590, only intel but ...

What guide did you follow? What clover version, what kext your using, what drivers in clover/drivers section, config.plist configuration? You can find many guides and efi folders with success stories with catalina on this board.

I use flash-usb 3.0, in motherboard USB 2.0, maybe from this problem? I try use all usb-port.
And I use usb-Bluetooth keyboard & mouse from Logitech.
