Hi!

After a lot of trial-and-error with several KP's I finally got it working and here is what I did:

1) Enable AHCI and HPET in BIOS
2) Follow Unibeast guide using Lion 10.7.2
3) First boot after installation - run Mulitbeast 4.2 with following options
Easy Beast, System Utilities, ALC8XX HDA, Apple HAD Rollback, ALC892, and Hnak's Appleintel E1000 Ethernet
4) Restart

Done!

Dual display and sound working, Sleep is not working(coma instead).
(might check speedstep, trim, etc. later...)

Have dual displays connected to an Ati4870 and 4x4GB RAM which were all connected during install.

Boot time to desktop is 15-20 seconds. Nice!

Thanks to all on this great forum! and this guide:

Edit: TRIM enabled and working
Edit2: Sleep is now working
Edit3: Speedstep seems to be working:
Feb 7 20:33:19 Mac-Pro kernel[0]: MSRDumper CoreMulti(16)
Feb 7 20:33:19 Mac-Pro kernel[0]: MSRDumper PStatesReached: 16 23 24 25 26 37

Anything special to get sleep working? Have been running for sometime on my setup, it goes to sleep but the fan will wake up every few seconds and went to sleep again.

Yes, had to patch AppleIntelCPUmangament.kext with Speedstepper and set all my cores max. ratio to 37 in BIOS.

It sleeps and wakes, but for some reason my Ethernet card is lost when it wakes up.
Will look into this and update my first post...

Bumping as I'm upgrading to Lion and need all the help I can get. :D

Would be interested in hearing more details if you have the time. Cheers.
