I would get the P8Z68 Deluxe myself. If I had to give a reason, I like the amount of support for ALC889 better than 892. Two months later and I still have no problems.

for what it's worth, i've no problem getting my ALC892 on my P8Z68-V Pro to work using multibeast.

hi im using the z68 delux also but is there any way to just install lion on to it without going through snow leopard cause i already have lion usb made from my friend.
edit: i installed lion and was going to use multibeast but then the screen came up telling me to reset now when ever i try to boot into lion it just kernel panics and wont let me even get to the log in screen. im booting of the lion usb the kerenl panic happens as soon as i click lion . cause to just install lion i had to go through it on my laptop cause everytime i try to install it on my desktop it gets to the loading screen before u choose language and then comes the cross sign of and nothing loads.
