Hello,

I installed on my P8z77-V PRO/Thunderbolt, although having some issue, following the El capitan guide.
I use Clover to boot, and option AsusAICPUPM=True and bootflags : -v dart=0

If I don't add NullCpuPowerManagement.kext in clover injected kext I have a KP at boot.
Code:

If I use it I can boot and work "normally", but without powermanagement, which I do not wish.

Any idea why this issue ? Do I have to install Nvidia web drivers ?

Same specs than you (but graphics card) and no problem at all without NullCpuPowerManagement.kext

I'm using my own DSDT for this motherboard. No options marked at Clover, only DSDT.
If you want to have a try with it, tell me and I'll send my dsdt to you.

Hello. I am using a translator for English

I have exactly the same motherboard, and you expericncia I talk with the installation osx 10.11

I also had problems just in panic KP com.apple.nvidia.driver.NVDAResman alternative that uses this mistake was WebDrivers NVIDIA to release 346.03.03f02 10.11.1 adding osx boot on clover nvda_drv = 1

unfortunately my video card (GeForce 9600GT x2) are already somewhat obsolete and no metal support 100% of KP but the problem is solved ..

otherwise I recommend using BIOS patched to stop using nullcpu ... kext

I'm assuming your BIOS is patched with PMPatch. Otherwise is the first step...

Here we go.

You can uncheck all options from Clover Configurator/ACPI, and add a patch to change EHC1 name like this. Uncheck AsusAICPUPM too.

This patch is to solve some USB2 port's number restrictions.
BTW, an SSDT for the i7 3770K is included inside DSDT.

Any questions welcomed. :)

I am stuck on the BIOS patch. I patch the 2104 BIOS with PMPatch 0.5.11 (the only one I found) and produce a file named Z77VPTB.CAP to flash through FLASHBACK, but after 5s, the Flashback led is lighten and steady indicating something goes wrong. I cannot neither flash from BIOS, I always have the Security Verification Fail error message.

Any idea how to process ? I tried to downgrade the BIOS to version 1908, but same issue.

This is my 2104 bios patched, ready to flash. 100% working system.

Maybe you want to test with another pendrive to flash bios. I have 7 pendrives, and only two of them work fine to flash bios with Flashback feature.
