What's happened to your system to not allow it to boot? BIOS corruption/power cut possibly. Check to see if AHCI in the BIOS is enabled for your SATA drives.

You're welcome. You did the right thing asking for help other than trying to fix your installation drive that worked before an unexpected error, usually people try and search for this kind of error and make changes to the install drive when its a simple fix. Never to boot the drive again.
