ASUS P7P55D-E Pro vs P7P55D for Pro Tools HD2

Just recently built a PTHD1 system on the ASUS P7P55D-E Pro and had great success with it thanks to this board. My computer needs have changed since then and now I need a motherboard with 2 PCI slots next to each other for a Pro Tools HD2 set up. I saw that the discontinued P7P55D has 3 next to each other. How similar are these boards? Can I just swap my install drive and hardware to this board and have it work the same? What is the difference between the "E-Pro" and non E models? Is one better than the other? The specs seem pretty much identical except for the layout.

Not much different, just added slots same chip-set same platform.

One more question, any issues using my GeForce 9500 GT GFX card in that board? Everything that I have working in the current "E" version should still work in the non "E" right?
